Problem solving on your own can be difficult at times. It's nice to bounce ideas off someone every now and then, hence Brainstorming! We help you connect the dots between creativity and strategy.
If you want to be successful using your gift you need to leverage it effectively. The only way to do that is discovering what's inside. You have to know who you are and what you're capable of before you can jump into action.
Creativity Started Here
As a little guy, I loved to sketch. I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I was young. Drawing was life and I thought art school was the answer to my fixation. My parents were business owners creating custom signs and were a major inspiration to me.
I quickly realized after my first week at Columbus College of Art and Design, I was being groomed for employment and not entrepreneurship. In the beginning of my sophomore year I started my first company freelancing my illustration skills to anyone who would let me work for them. I started with portraits, moved to airbrush and then graphic design and branding for small businesses. It took me awhile to hone in on my communication skills and business understanding. I did ok for myself but I forgot one fundamental truth in life, do what you love and enjoy it.
After several business attempts, partnerships and employment positions later, I found my first love and combined it with a unique catalyst. Strategies! I learned to cultivate my creative abilities and mix them with strategic planning for business and personal development.
My business and personal successes have come from leveraging my God given gifts and following my passion by influencing other creatives to do the same.
