“Rakeback” style ongoing rewards — nice background perk or too much to track?
I keep seeing “rakeback” mentioned as a type of ongoing rewards system on online platforms.
I’m guessing it’s meant to be a continuous, automatic perk, but the term itself is a bit unclear and sometimes the conditions are buried.
If you’ve used ongoing rewards like this before, what’s the simplest way to understand how it works and whether it’s actually user-friendly?

My “does it fit my routine?” test is whether it runs in the background without you needing to do anything special. If it requires constant checking, it’s not really a perk. I use this link as a baseline reference: rakeback
